SLEC is setup with the premise that without the upliftment of society our nation's dream of being a leading nation in the world will remain unfulfilled. To realize this conviction SLEC is an initiative of eminent Edu Resource with an objective to address various socio-cultural concerns of India and its people.

Skill Learning & Employability Centre

The foremost aim and mandate of SLEC’s Educational Services is to provide equal opportunities for education to all ensuring that the students' willingness to learn and achieve is given priority over their (incapability) or prior academic record. It’s principle goal is to facilitate accessibility of education to the students to pursue their career goals.

The main objective of the scheme is to develop a student as a multifaceted personality with academic excellence and a commitment to an egalitarian society. Skill capital formation in an economy encompasses initial skill development undertaken by new entrants to workforce and continuous re-skilling/up-skilling undertaken by an existing workforce while employed or during periods when they are not working.

Skill development and employability are priorities for our Industry. Therefore, access to education and training for relevant skill development should be made available to the fraternity. To this end, the “SLEC” has decided to develop “Skill Learning & Employment Centre” all across the state.

Key Functions

• Identifying the industry employment requirement on specific skills
• Matching unemployed people with specific skills and introduce them to suitable job opportunities
• Identifying and helping people who are not job ready
• Individual Assessment and counseling to identify skill upgradation training and qualification require by industry
• Training on appropriate skills and competence to become employable
